Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and tastefully designed rooms with a comfortable stay, although some areas could be cleaner. The service is friendly and helpful, particularly with room requests. The location is convenient, with easy access to the tram for exploring. The dining experience is satisfying with fresh and tasty options. However, the hotel is situated on a busy road junction.
The hotel offers big, comfortable rooms and great staff, which was a big plus. However, some rooms felt like sleeping on the highway due to noise. The location is good overall, close to public transportation, but overlooking extremely busy roads and traffic.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we found the rooms in a bit of disarray as the beds were still being made, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The tired decor signaled a need for a makeover, making us regret not changing rooms had we known in advance. However, the proximity to the Old City and the efficient service were some highlights of our stay.
The hotel was nice and a great place to stay in Jerusalem. The rooms were large and comfortable, but the proximity to the lift caused disturbances during sleep. The service was extremely attentive and accommodating, making the stay lovely overall. The location was super convenient, with quick access to the market and the Old City. The dining experience was amazing with endless choices, though some dishes were extremely overpriced. Overall, a great option for a stay in Jerusalem.
The hotel is well-located near local transportation options and the city's attractions. The rooms may need improvement regarding temperature and readiness at check-in but are cozy overall. The service is attentive and accommodating, with a good range of amenities available. The dining options are varied but with a minor drawback. Worth considering for its convenient location and helpful staff.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and welcoming, but at times, the noise from the bathroom ventilation was a bit bothersome. On the bright side, the outdoor garden with the palm trees was a delightful touch, although the proximity to the noisy elevator was a downside to a peaceful rest.
